Warrina Crescent prides itself on offering our residents comfortable living. With a choice between a single or companion room, you have the option to make your space a home. When you feel like getting out or meeting others, take advantage of our numerous dining areas to enjoy a meal with friends or head out to the courtyard, a most desirable place to savour the afternoon sun.

This Calculator does not include the Basic Daily Care Fee (your contribution towards care, meals and services). This is the standard charge for every resident in aged care in Australia and is calculated at 85% of the single person Centrelink pension payment.
The Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is non-refundable. Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is fully refundable. The Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) is set by the Australian Government (currently 8.34%, effective from Apr 1st, 2024) and is built into the Calculator.
